The event, organized at the conclusion of the project, aims to bring together representatives of European
institutions, local authorities and international partners to transfer strategies for urban green design and
management as a tool for climate change mitigation and adaptation.

The project, coordinated by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of
Perugia, has tested this strategy in the four pilot cities of Perugia, Bologna, Thessaloniki and Cascais
through a co-planning and co-implementation method with Citizens, Businesses and students from  Primary school to University.
